Multi-spoke 14″ alloy wheels with BMW-branded center caps wear 195/70 Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires. A spare tire on a matching wheel is stored in the trunk. The car features four-wheel disc brakes and independent suspension. The master cylinder, calipers, rotors, and pads are said to have been replaced in preparation for sale.
The cabin features front replacement Recaro seats trimmed in blue leather as well as matching rear seats and dark blue door panels and carpets. Equipment includes a Becker Grand Prix AM/FM radio, a locking glove box, wood-veneer accents, door pockets, and power windows. The selling dealer states the sunroof and air conditioning system are nonfunctional.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel with a BMW-branded center cap frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 97k miles, approximately 200 of which have been added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement M30 inline-six has casting marks showing the numbers 3.0/3.3 and 1250019. A Crane Fireball XR700 electronic ignition system has been fitted. The twin downdraft carburetors were reportedly overhauled and the oil was changed in preparation for sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. The floorpans were patched under prior ownership, and photos showing the repaired areas can be viewed in the gallery.
