The car is equipped with four-wheel disc brakes, independent suspension, and Bilstein rear shocks. The seller reports that service in preparation for the sale included replacing the sway bar bushings and flushing the brake fluid.
The cabin houses front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black leather accompanied by woodgrain accents on the dashboard and door panels. Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows, and an aftermarket radio. Stains on the headliner are depicted in the gallery.
A Nardi steering wheel featuring a BMW roundel emblem frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The analog clock does not work. The five-digit odometer shows 43k miles, approximately 1,000 of which have been added under current ownership.
The 3.0-liter M30 inline-six is equipped with dual Zenith carburetors. Service completed in November 2022 is said to include cleaning the fuel tank, flushing the coolant, rebuilding the carburetors, and changing the oil as well as replacing a fuel line, the fuel filter, and the battery. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Work performed in 2022 reportedly included flushing the transmission fluid, replacing a transmission gasket, and applying an undercoating to the chassis.
