The 280ci Lycoming straight-eight features a polished aluminum cylinder head, a Fram oil filter assembly, and a single downdraft carburetor.
The engine tag is stamped “GG3568”, which matches the engine number stamped on the firewall data tag pictured in the gallery as well as the VIN listed on the title.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed manual transmission and a dual-ratio rear axle. The latter uses a switch on the steering wheel to toggle between high and low range. The selling dealer has provided a walk-around and driving video below.
