White 14″ steel wheels utilize chrome-finished VW hubcaps and VW-logo valve-stem caps. They are mounted with 185/75 Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP II tires. The front end and the suspension were rebuilt during the refurbishment.
The interior was redone by ISP West with gray vinyl and patterned gray cloth inserts. Stainless-steel trim was utilized on the matching door panels, and the seller states that an ivory-colored mohair cloth headliner and German-sourced carpeting were also fitted.
A two-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of an 80-mph VDO speedometer, and an analog clock is integrated into the passenger side of the steel dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 54k miles, nearly 6k of which have been added by the current owner since 2005.
