The 15” wheels have been powder coated silver and are mounted with 155-width Vredestein Sprint Classic tires. Stopping power is provided by front discs with rear drums, and a full-size spare is found in the rear storage area. The seller notes that the wheel bearings, springs, shock absorbers, and suspension bushings were replaced during the refurbishment.
The cabin was reupholstered in 2013 by Mountain Upholstery of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and features seats trimmed in red leather with a matching lower dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Tears in one of the seat bottoms can be seen in the gallery below, and flaws on the door panels and kick panels are noted by the seller.
A three-spoke steering wheel frames Veglia instrumentation that includes a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer with an inset oil pressure display, and a combination gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 24k miles, around 1k of which have been added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The Veloce 1,570cc inline-four features dual overhead camshafts, hemispherical combustion chambers, and twin Weber 40 DCOE carburetors. Factory-rated output was 112 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission that was reportedly rebuilt in 2014.
