The truck was stripped and refinished in metallic brown paint and converted to a short-bed configuration under current ownership. The 20″ American Legend Streeter wheels are mounted with General GT G-Max AS-05 tires measuring 245/35 up front and 275/35 out back. The truck is equipped with a CPP C-notch kit, a rear Panhard bar, tubular front control arms, rear track bars, springs, and shock absorbers, as well as five-lug hubs, front and rear anti-roll bars, and power steering. Braking is handled by power-assisted CPP calipers over drilled and slotted discs at all four corners.
The cabin features a TMI bench seat and door panels trimmed in brown leather with houndstooth patterned inserts joined by a color-coordinated TMI dashboard covering, carpets, and sun visors. Equipment includes Vintage Air climate control, a Painless wiring harness, shoulder belts, aluminum pedals, aftermarket speakers, and a Custom Autosound digital stereo. Eastwood sound deadener has been applied to the floor and firewall.
The wood steering wheel is mounted to a tilt column and frames a Classic Instruments 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 717 miles, approximately 10k miles were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 6.0-liter L96 V8 was installed under current ownership and features a custom air intake with an Airaid conical filter and ceramic-coated tubular headers. Cooling is handled by an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. A fluid service was performed in August 2022.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 6L90 six-speed automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle with an Auburn limited-slip differential and 3.42:1 gears. A B&M transmission cooler and a dual exhaust system have been fitted.
