The car is equipped with a self-leveling air suspension, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. The rear shocks and control arm bushings were replaced in January 2012, and additional repairs to the air suspension were performed in May 2019.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered black leather with burl wood accents on the door panels and dash. Amenities include a power-operated sunroof, quarter vent windows, power windows, and a Becker Mexico cassette stereo. The air conditioning was converted to use R-134a refrigerant in January 2012, and the seller notes that the system is in need of a recharge.
A two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a combination gauge for coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The horn was repaired in May 2019, and the oil pressure gauge was replaced in December 2021. The five-digit odometer indicates 51k miles, approximately 400 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 4.5-liter M117 V8 features Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection and was rated at 195 horsepower and 264 lb-ft of torque when new. The cylinder heads and valve cover gaskets were replaced in 2012, and an oil cooler hose was replaced in May 2019. Service performed in December 2021 involved replacing the intake manifold gaskets, battery, and two fuel injectors.
