Steel 13″ wheels are fitted with polished trim rings and are wrapped in 185/70 Kumho Solus TA11 tires that show 2021 date codes. Stopping power is provided by front disc brakes and rear drums. A spare set of four E-T wheels wrapped in Dunlop Radial G/T Qualifier tires will accompany the car.
The cabin features seats trimmed in black vinyl upholstery along with a matching dashboard, door panels, carpets, and floor mats, while faux-wood trim accents the instrument cluster, center console, and door panels. The aftermarket Pioneer cassette player and Toyota stereo were reportedly installed along with a replacement center console in 1979, and the seller notes that the door speakers were recently replaced. The removed center console is included in the sale.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 125-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The seller states the steering wheel was wrapped in replacement leather and the leather shifter boot was replaced recently. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 74k miles.
The 2.0-liter 18R-C SOHC inline-four was factory rated at 97 horsepower and 106 lb-ft of torque when new. Work completed in 2021 is said to have included the replacement of the battery and spark plugs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. Recent service is said to have included the replacement of the clutch master and slave cylinders. Additional underside photos can be seen in the gallery.
