The refurbishment included rust repair followed by a repaint in Nardo Grey with a gloss black roof. Additional exterior details include matte black diamond plate trim, safari windows, rock sliders, LED lighting, a Puma-style hood, a custom mesh grille, and a rear tube bumper with an integrated receiver hitch.
Black 16″ multi-spoke wheels are mounted with 265/75 Kumho Road Venture MT tires, and a spare is mounted to the rear door. The truck is equipped with Bilstein dampers, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The right-hand-drive cabin features black leather seats with white accent stitching along with matching carpets and carbon-fiber dashboard trim. Amenities include heated front seats, USB charging ports, Land Rover-branded rubber floor mats, air conditioning, a sunroof, and third-row jump seats. The Kenwood head unit features integrated Bluetooth capability and is connected to a Focal sound system and a subwoofer mounted under the floor.
The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel sits ahead of a 120-mph GPS speedometer, a digital tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 2,200 miles, which is said to represent the distance traveled since the refurbishment was completed. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.8-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-four features Bosch fuel injection and was factory rated at 161 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque. Custom engine mounts, hoses, and piping were fabricated as part of the engine install, as were a custom intercooler, aluminum radiator, and exhaust system.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a six-speed General Motors 6L80 automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The transmission is shifted via an electronic pad mounted in the truck’s center console. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
