The Marcello Gandini-penned bodywork was updated by Horacio Pagani for the 25th Anniversary edition of the Countach, and features Kevlar panels with a revised rear bumper, engine lid, rocker panels, and air intakes, as well as a commemorative emblem on the rear fascia.

The bodywork is mounted over a tubular steel spaceframe, and additional features include NACA ducts aft of the scissor doors along with an optional V-shaped rear wing. This example is finished in black and close up photos of the finish, panel gaps, and imperfections are provided in the photo gallery below, including noted paint bubbling on the rear wing. Records indicate that repairs were performed on the right side bodywork and suspension in 1993, and the associated receipts are provided in the gallery below.
Multi-piece 15” OZ Racing wheels wear Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 225/50 up front and 345/35 out back. US-market lighting and rubber safety bumpers are retained.
The cockpit is trimmed in black leather with matching carpets and interior trim, and additional equipment includes a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a gated shifter, climate control, an Alpine CD stereo, and powered windows and seats. Warping is visible on the leather-clad instrument shroud, and the interior materials and finishes are shown further in the gallery below.
Metric instrumentation includes a 320 km/h-speedometer and a 9k-rpm tachometer. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows over 5k kilometers (~3,300 miles), fewer than 100 of which were added during current ownership.
The Bizzarini-designed 5.2-liter V12 features a 60° cylinder bank angle, four valves per cylinder, and Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection. Revised intakes allowed the radiators to be mounted vertically for improved cooling. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission mounted in the middle of the car, ahead of the engine. An oil change was completed in preparation for the sale.
