Power is routed to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The seller states that the transaxle serial number is J4A4-1001134, which indicates that the unit falls inside the snap ring failure range.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. An open manufacturer’s safety recall related to the seat belt is listed in May 1995, and a gap in entries is visible from May 2009 to January 2019.
