Six-spoke 16″ aluminum wheels feature GMC-branded center caps and are wrapped with older 245/50 Firestone Firehawk SVX tires. The truck is equipped with power steering, a sport-tuned suspension with Bilstein shock absorbers, and front disc brakes. The selling dealer notes the brake booster was replaced in August 2022, and the malfunction-indicator light for the four-wheel ABS system is on.
The interior features manually adjustable sport seats trimmed in black velour upholstery with red piping and headrest embroidery. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, a center-console shifter, power accessories, and a Delco AM/FM/cassette stereo with a five-band equalizer.
A two-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and supplementary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, fuel level, and boost pressure. The six-digit odometer shows 5,900 miles, two of which have been added by the selling dealer.
The turbocharged and intercooled 4.3-liter V6 was rated at 280 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed and the battery and fuel filter were replaced in August 2022 according to the selling dealer.
Power is delivered to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission mated to a BorgWarner transfer case and a limited-slip rear differential.
A copy of a 1991 invoice from Capital Truck Center of Richmond, Virginia, accompanies the truck along with an owner’s manual, Syclone memorabilia, and manufacturer’s literature.
