The leather-wrapped steering wheel is tilt-adjustable and frames a 100-mph speedometer, a digital clock, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows 105k miles, 1k of which were added by the seller.
The 5.9L V8 was factory rated at 144 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a TorqueFlite 727 three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range Selec-Trac transfer case. Work performed under prior ownership included resurfacing the cylinder heads, refurbishing the transmission and transfer case, repairing the wiring harness, and replacing the torque convertor.
