The truck was refinished in its current shade of metallic gray prior to being imported to the US and is equipped with black fender-top vents, Land Rover-branded side steps, bed rails, and a rear pintle hitch. The LED headlights were rewired in December 2021. Noted flaws are shown in the gallery and include paint chips and blemishes near the right headlight.
Black-finished 16″ alloy wheels wear Land Rover center caps and are mounted with 265/75 Continental TerrainContact A/T tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs. Work performed under current ownership has included cleaning and flushing the power steering system, rebuilding the front swivel ball assemblies, and replacing the front track bar, tie rod end bar, steering box, and power steering pump.
The seats were retrimmed in brown vinyl upholstery under previous ownership and are accompanied by color-coordinated door panels. Equipment includes air conditioning, rubber floor mats, and floor-mounted gear and transfer case selectors. The air conditioning system was recharged in December 2021 following replacement of the thermostat, expansion valve, and heater core line. Additional work performed at that time included re-wiring the horn and replacing the wiring for the clutch and turn signal relays. The the door locks are inoperative.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge as well as an AutoMeter tachometer and water temperature gauge. The six-digit odometer shows 1,200 miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 3.5-liter V8 is equipped with a single carburetor. Work performed by Land Rover of Hartford, Connecticut, in April 2022 included completing oil and coolant changes, cleaning and resealing the oil pan, and replacing the water pump, thermostat, radiator, coolant hoses, and freeze plugs.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. Corrosion is noted on the underbody and frame rails as well various exhaust and suspension components.
A spare set of four 16″ steel wheels are mounted with Michelin tires and included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Vermont, New Jersey, and Connecticut from its first entry in October 2018.
