Staggered-width wheels measure 15” in diameter up front and 16” out back and wear older Yokohama Advan Neova tires measuring 205/50 and 225/50, respectively. A factory space-saver spare wheel is stored in the front compartment.
The cockpit features power-adjustable seats trimmed in black leather that extends to the matching dashboard and door panels, while NSX-branded floor mats covered in protective plastic line the matching carpets. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows, and a Bose cassette stereo linked to a trunk-mounted CD changer.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames instrumentation including a 188-mph speedometer, a 9k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and battery voltage. The six-digit odometer shows just over 8k miles, around 100 of which were added by the seller.
The 3.0L DOHC C30A V6 features an aluminum alloy block, titanium connecting rods, and VTEC variable valve timing, and factory output was rated at 270 horsepower when new. Service performed by Clinton Acura of Clinton, New Jersey, in November 2020 included a replacement timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. Additional maintenance at the time include replacement of the coolant, oil pan gasket, accessory belt, and spark plugs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Transaxle number J4A4-100568 is shown above, and falls within the snap-ring failure range.
Additional photos provided in the gallery below show the underside, drivetrain, and mechanical components.
The Carfax report first updates in 2008 and shows history in Ohio, Montana, and New Jersey, with no accidents or other damage listed. Video featuring this NSX is presented below.
