During the refurbishment, the body was removed from the frame and repainted in blue, reportedly following repairs to the right-front fender, left and right bedsides, cab drip edge, and left and right cab corners. Equipment includes chrome bumpers, a sliding rear window, side steps, B-pillar grab handles, a spray-in bed liner, a bed cover, an onboard VIAIR 200-psi air compressor, and aftermarket LED headlights, cab clearance lights, and reversing lights. The seller states flaws in the finish include a scratch in the rear left outer bed, and scratches in the rear tailgate aluminum panel.
Chrome-finish 16″ wheels are wrapped in 285/75 Toyo H/T Open Country tires, and manually-locking hubs are fitted up front. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with an EGR rear disc conversion, braided stainless-steel hoses, and a Wilwood master cylinder and proportioning valve. Suspension work is said to have included the installation of Bilstein 5100-series front and rear shocks, an Enhanced Automotive front axle track bar, and replacement front and rear leaf springs. The seller states that an Enhanced Automotive crossover steering kit was also fitted along with brass kingpin bearings, a replacement steering box, and a steering box support bracket. The brakes were reportedly replaced between August and October 2022.
The interior features a bench seat upholstered in gray cloth with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Equipment includes air conditioning, power windows and locks, and a Bluetooth-capable Fusion BB-100 stereo. Sound-deadening material was used to line the cab and the carpets were replaced. Flaws include a patched tear in the upholstery on the driver’s side of the bench, lower side-window seals that need replacement, and pitting in the corner of the driver’s window. The fold-down rear jump seats have been removed but spare seats are included in the sale.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer flanked by dual combination gauges. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 122k miles, approximately 63k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.9-liter Cummins 6BT turbodiesel inline-six is said to have been fitted with braided stainless-steel hoses, an AirDog air/fuel separation system, a rebuilt powertrain control module, an air horn, and a replacement air conditioning compressor, expansion valve, and condenser piping. The seller states that custom-made electrical distribution panels were also added to the engine bay during the refurbishment. An oil change was performed in August 2022.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a Yukon DuraGrip limited-slip rear differential that is said to have been fitted with a replacement 3.54 Dana ring and pinion gear set. The seller states that a stainless-steel MBRP exhaust system with 4″ piping has also been fitted along with replacement transmission mount bushings, braided stainless-steel transmission and axle vent hoses, and custom-fabricated front axle U-bolts.
Parts catalogs and service records are included in the sale along with four silver-painted steel wheels, a wheel and tire stand, a starter motor, and assorted spare mounting hardware.
