Factory 16” steel wheels have been refinished in body color and were mounted with 235/85 BFGoodrich All Terrain KO2 tires in August 2021. A matching full-size spare is affixed to the swing-out rear carrier. The truck is equipped with Bilstein shocks and front disc brakes. The rear wheel cylinders and shoes were replaced in April 2020.
The cabin features front bucket seats, a middle bench, and folding rear seats upholstered in patterned gray cloth, and equipment includes an interior roll cage, air conditioning, JVC head unit mounted in the locking center console, and rubber floor mats. The front floor pans are said to have been replaced under current ownership. The seller notes that the right-front door’s lower seal has been replaced and requires extra force to close, the dome light works intermittently, the defrost button light does not illuminate, and the rear speakers are missing.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The seller notes that the turn signal stalk occasionally returns to the center position when engaging the right turn signal, and the low fuel warning light remains illuminated unless the tank is full. An analog clock and additional gauges displaying battery voltage and oil pressure are centrally mounted in the dashboard. The six-digit odometer shows 166k miles, approximately 4k of which have been added under current ownership.
The fuel-injected 3.9-liter V8 features aluminum construction and was rated at 180 horsepower with 227 lb-ft of torque when new. The passenger-side exhaust manifold gasket was replaced in March 2020, and a replacement oxygen sensor was fitted in February 2021. Work in preparation for the sale reportedly replacing the fuel injector o-rings and an idle adjustment.
Power is sent to all four wheels through an R380 five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case with a locking center differential. An NRP stainless steel exhaust system was installed under previous ownership. The clutch assembly, clutch hydraulic cylinders, transmission fluid, rear differential seals, and rear transfer case mounts were replaced in 2020.
Manufacturer’s literature and service records from current ownership are included in the sale.
