Service in 2021 included an alignment and replacement of the rear brake pads and rotors as well as the front upper control arms, lower ball joints, and suspension bushings as shown on the receipt shown in the gallery. The front and rear shocks were replaced in 2016.
The interior features bolstered seats upholstered in black leather joined by matching carpets and door panels and wood trim. Amenities include heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, an onboard computer, a factory cassette stereo, and a BMW-branded shift knob. In 2018 the headliner was repaired, and in 2021 the driver-side door molding was replaced.
The Euro E36-style airbag steering wheel frames a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 190-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 75k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added by the seller.
The 5.6-liter S70B56 V12 was factory rated at 372 horsepower and 402 lb-ft of torque. Service in January 2021 is said to have included replacement of the valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, fan clutch, and batteries as well as a valve adjustment.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, the later of which reportedly was replaced in 2018.
The window sticker shows colors, factory equipment, and a total price of $103,770. Other included records are shown in the gallery along with awards the car has won.
A set of Style 21 M-System wheels with “throwing-star” covers will also accompany the sale.
