Five-spoke 16″ Freestyle alloy wheels wear 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires, including the matching full-size spare that is mounted on a swing-out rear carrier and protected by a Land-Rover branded tire cover. Standard equipment includes four-wheel disc brakes and solid axles front and rear. Records indicate replacement of the tie rods and pitman arm in March 2021.
The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in gray vinyl with a black dashboard and trim, and amenities include an analog clock, sliding windows, and an aftermarket stereo with a Kicker sound system. The locking center console, front mats, and various trim pieces were replaced in 2020, and corrosion is reported on the base of the front seats and floor panels.
The padded two-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and additional gauges displaying coolant temperature and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 52k miles, approximately 36k of which were added during current ownership.
The 3.9-liter Rover V8 features aluminum construction and multiport fuel injection, and it was factory rated at 182 horsepower and 233 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case with a locking center differential. Services performed in May 2020 included an oil change, coolant flush, and replacement of the spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, serpentine belt, and ignition wires. The seller notes the inertia switch has been deactivated.
