Approximately 92 examples of the US-market NSX-T were finished in Spa Yellow (Y52P) for the 1997 model year. Factory equipment includes a body-colored removable roof panel, an integrated rear spoiler, and pop-up headlights. The Carfax lists an accident between February 2002 and February 2005, and subsequent repairs reportedly included refinishing a rear quarter panel and replacement of suspension components as well as the front and rear valances.
Advan Racing wheels measuring 17″ in diameter up front and 18″ out back are mounted with Sumitomo HTR Z tires, and further additions include Bilstein shocks and NSX-R style front and rear reinforcement bars. The removed factory seven-spoke alloy wheels are included in the sale and shown in the gallery below.
The cockpit features power-adjustable seats trimmed in Onyx leather with yellow seat embroidery, and matching black leather covers the dashboard and accents the center console and door panels. Amenities include cruise control, automatic climate control, and a factory Bose sound system with a cassette player. The factory CD changer has been removed and is included in the sale.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames instrumentation including a 188-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and battery voltage. The six-digit odometer shows just over 79k miles.
The 3.2-liter DOHC V6 features 24 valves and VTEC variable valve timing, and was factory-rated at 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque. A timing belt service was conducted in February 2015, and more recent maintenance included an air-conditioning system service in July 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a factory limited-slip differential. Additional photos provided in the gallery below.
Items accompanying the sale include factory books and manuals, brand literature, and service records as well as the aforementioned removed wheel set, keys, and collection of new and used spare parts.
