The Pininfarina-styled aluminum body was refinished in red with Scuderia-style stripes at Karosserie of Wayne, Pennsylvania. Challenge-style grilles and Scuderia fender shields are joined by a glass engine cover, radiator cooling scoops in the nose, engine breathing ducts atop the rear fenders, side scoops, and dual-twin exhaust outlets.
The 19″ Challenge wheels were repaired for curb rash, powder-coated black, and mounted with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires in April 2020. Braking is provided by red Ferrari calipers squeezing GiroDisc rotors.
The cabin features carbon fiber sport seats trimmed in tan leather that extends to the lower dash pad and the door panels as well as matching carpeting, a contrasting black upper dash pad, and black carpeted floor mats with red embroidery displaying the model name and a prancing horse logo. Amenities include automatic climate control, power windows, a heated rear window and side mirrors, a pedal-set-matching dead pedal, and a Ferrari-branded Becker radio with a six-disc CD changer in the front trunk. The air conditioning system was recharged in August 2019 and the headliner is a replacement by Karosserie.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline, a 220-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 45k miles, approximately 27k of which were under current ownership.
The 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 came equipped with dry-sump lubrication, a flat-plane crankshaft, titanium connecting rods, and quad camshafts with four valves per cylinder. A polished stainless-steel Tubi Style muffler, Kinetix Racing catalytic converters, K&N air filters, red air-box hoses, and polished stainless-steel airbox covers have been added. The timing belt, tensioners, and both drive belts were replaced by European Road and Racing of North Charleston, South Carolina in February 2018 along with both rollover valves and one fuel-sending unit.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch and clutch pressure plate are said to have been replaced along with a clutch secondary cylinder and release bearing assembly sourced from Hill Engineering of Kent, England.
A set of owner’s manuals, a Ferrari-branded car cover, a tool kit, a warranty card, sales and service records, a tire-inflation kit, two keys with fobs, and a set of carpeted floor mats are included in the sale.
