Competition Package equipment includes a lowered ride height compared to the standard M3 as well as retuned Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. A brake fluid flush was performed in February 2022.
The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Silver Novillo extended leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. BMW-branded floor mats line the footwells, and interior amenities include iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, driver-seat position memory settings, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.
The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just under 14k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in February 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. A Dinan exhaust system has been fitted, and the replaced exhaust is included in the sale. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to BMW of Flemington in New Jersey, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $72,625. Factory literature and service records are also included in the sale.
