The twin-turbocharged M279 6.0-liter V12 was factory rated at 621 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque and features a carbon-fiber engine cover. A Mercedes-Benz ‘B’ service in May 2023 is said to have included an oil change as well as replacement of the engine and cabin air filters.
