Gold-finished 19″ forged BBS wheels are wrapped in 265/35 Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT600A tires. Stopping power is provided by STi-branded Brembo calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners, and the car is equipped with Bilstein dampers and strut tower braces. The wheels have reportedly been ceramic-coated.
The seats are upholstered in black leather with silver accents and Ultrasuede inserts and are complemented by red dashboard trim and seatbelts. Appointments include heated Recaro front seats with eight-way power adjustment on the driver’s side, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 7.0″ Starlink touchscreen stereo, cruise control, S209-branded floor mats and door sill plates, aluminum pedal covers, and a push-button start.
A multi-function steering wheel wrapped in Ultrasuede fronts instrumentation consisting of a configurable central display flanked by a 180-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer. The digital odometer indicates 10 miles.
Serialized plaques on the center console and intake manifold denote this as #170 of 209 examples produced for the series.
The turbocharged and intercooled 2.5-liter EJ257 flat-four was revised for the S209 with a larger HKS turbocharger, a retuned engine management unit, an intercooler water sprayer with a trunk-mounted reservoir, sodium-filled exhaust valves with upgraded springs, red silicone intake piping, and an upgraded fuel pump and injectors. Output was factory rated at 341 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque.
Power is delivered to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle with limited-slip front and rear differentials along with a Multi-Mode Driver Control Center Differential (DCCD). Additional underside photos are available in the gallery below.
The window sticker mounted to the left-rear window shows an initial delivery to Quality Subaru of Wallingford, Connecticut, along with equipped options and a total suggested retail price of $64,962.
